PAUL BEARD.

Upon graduating from Exeter University in 1999, Paul served in the British Army as a Royal Green Jacket officer - but not before doing two seasons skiing powder out in St Anton in the Arlberg. Paul set up ALLTRACKS Academy with a desire to offer the ultimate ski and snowboard courses to people as passionate about skiing and snowboarding as he is, and is delighted to be able to spend his winters out at Red Mountain, Whistler & Revelstoke with the ALLTRACKS groups riding some of the best terrain on the planet.

Paul is Mountain Leader (summer), Rock Leader trained, qualified ski instructor and an enthusiastic backcountry skier. However, he leaves the training to the real experts - using only the very best Mountain Guides and Ski & Snowboard Instructors with the highest qualifications and experience. Paul tags along to keep learning.

Vick and Paul met whilst studying at Exeter but cemented their relationship skiing and snowboarding for a season out in St Anton. Following this, Vick traded her skis for a suit and went into the world of private banking with Credit Suisse First Boston in London. After a number of years Vick retrained as a Montessori teacher which, although enjoyable, did not offer as much snow time as she needed. Vick is now happy and relieved to be able to live in the mountains again each winter looking after the ALLTRACKS group.

Paul and Vick are joined by their little daughter Isabella and baby son Ollie out in Canada. Izzy & Ollie can't wait to start ripping up the backcountry with their mum and dad and being better than both of them by the time they're six!

John, or Fez as he is more commonly known, is a real asset to the ALLTRACKS Academy team. He is a very experienced skier, being a qualified ski patroller and aspiring mountain guide.
His qualifications already include:
Avalanche 1/2
Pre Hospital Emergency Care
Qualified Professional Ski Patroller/ Snow Safety

Fez is without doubt one of the best skiers you are ever likely to see. A veteran of numerous freeride, big mountain and freestyle competitions in Europe and North America, he always inspires us to give it our all on the slopes. Fez was honing his freestyle skills in Whistler back in the late 90s when skiers still got abused for entering the terrain park. Thankfully those days are past and Fez can often be found getting inverted as skiers and snowboarders look on with admiration and amazement. Fez has helped formulate the backcountry skiing and snowboarding modules in conjunction with our UIAGM guides out in Whistler. The overnight tour is set to be a real highlight of the course.

When not skiing, Fez works hard to improve his climbing and mountaineering skills, and is not shy about showing off his killer dance moves on a Thursday night!

MOWGLI.

Mowgli is shocking at replying to emails - so don't even bother trying to contact him!

Mowgli almost didn't make it into the team line up. Despite being a fantastic big mountain rider, he can be pretty lazy around the ALLTRACKS office. He seems to think he can get away with sleeping during the day, sniffing around the garden and riding powder whenever he wants.
