Environmental Policy.

When you choose ALLTRACKS, you can be confident that you are travelling with a company that takes environmental responsibility seriously. We LOVE playing in the snow and we want to make sure that it stays around for a long time!

We realise that as a travel company offering ski & snowboard courses in Canada, we contribulte to carbon emmissions. However, we believe that ending international recreational travel is an unrealistic option as tourism has immesurable benefits both economically and socially, and our business is totally dependent on it.

Our methods to address our impact on the envirnoment are as follows:

• ALLTRACKS has made a financial commitment to offset 110% of all staff flights.
• Commitment to reduce our consumption of energy and resources as a business.

At the ALLTRACKS office in Hampshire, we operate the following practices:

• PAPER: We try not to use paper whenever possible. When we do have to use it, we re-use it when we can. Only when we have exhausted it's use, do we recycle it. We only buy paper made from enviromentally sustainable sources. Where possible we use electronic means of communicating.
• BROCHURE: The ALLTRACKS brochure is printed on paper from environmental sustainable forests. We know that it is useful to have a printed brochure to send to clients, but we also have the entire brochure available as a PDF document on our website. You can find it here: ALLTRACKS BROCHURE
• CLEANING PRODUCTS: At the office, we use environmentally friendly cleaning and washing up products.
• LIGHTING: We try to use as little artificial lighting as possible and we use energy efficant light bulbs - It also helps keep the bills down - Yeah!!
  

CARBON OFFSETTING

We know that every time we fly, we are creating more Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and contributing to global warming. We realise that as a travel business, we cannot cancel out traveling, so in addition to our other measures, we offset 110% of the carbon emmissions of our staff flights. We encourage our clients to do the same. It is affordable and easy to do!

We do this through Climate Care, who believe are the most effective company in making a difference through offsetting. If you want to offset your flight CO2 emmissions, please vist the Climate Care website, to simply calculate your own flight emmissions.
