Alltracks Academy Team
Meet the team who run the ALLTRACKS ski & snowboard courses. We all love life in the mountains and spend the winters enjoying the best sports on earth. Hopefully you can join us out there. If you have any questions at all for us or if you want to find out more about the programmes we run, please get in touch. You can email us, or call us on +44 (0)1794 388 034 - we would LOVE to hear from you.
Guy Hetherington leads the coaching team, a hand picked selection of the best instructors and guides. All our coaches in Canada are CSIA/CASI examiners (or international equivilant), our guides/avalanche safety safety trainers are either ACMG/UIAGM or CAA qualified.
We think we offer the best of both worlds for our guests by having a director (Paul) based in the UK and another (Guy) based in Whistler year round.
THE ALLTRACKS DIRECTORS

PAUL BEARD
Director UK Operations
Upon graduating from Exeter University in 1999, Paul served in the British Army as a Royal Green Jacket officer - but not before doing two seasons skiing powder out in St Anton in the Arlberg. Paul founded ALLTRACKS with a desire to offer the ultimate ski and snowboard courses to people as passionate about skiing and snowboarding as he is.
Paul is Mountain Leader (summer), Rock Leader trained, qualified ski instructor and an enthusiastic backcountry skier. However, he leaves the training to the real experts - using only the very best Guides and Ski & Snowboard Instructors with the highest qualifications and experience.
Paul runs the UK office but does try and spend a month or two in Whistler each year. He looks forward to hopefully seeing you out there.

- CSIA Level 4 - The highest qualification offered by the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance
- Guy received the highest marks awarded on his Level 4 exams, with unprecedented marks for his demonstration of expert skiing, expert teaching and Instructor Training.
- Guy established himself as one of the very top CSIA examiners, ranking in the top 5 instructors in Western Canada
- Prior to joining ALLTRACKS, he was one of 4 trainers responsible for driving Whistler Blackcomb's prestigious Level 4 training programme, making the best instructors even better.
- Guy leads a team of hand picked ski & snowboard examiners who share his drive and passion for delivering high level training to skiers and snowboarders of all stages of development.
- Guy is a two time winner of the Whistler Powder 8s and was 4th in the World Powder Comp at Mike Wiegele Heli Skiiing in 2007.

VICK BEARD
Vick and Paul met whilst studying at Exeter but cemented their relationship skiing and snowboarding for a season out in St Anton. Following this, Vick traded her skis for a suit and went into the world of private banking with Credit Suisse First Boston in London. After a number of years Vick retrained as a Montessori teacher which, although enjoyable, did not offer as much snow time as she needed.
Vick helps Paul run the UK office but looks forward to the annual Whistler trip to ski powder. Paul and Vick are often joined by their daughter Izzy and son Oliver out in the mountains. Izzy & Ollie can't wait to start ripping up the backcountry with their mum and dad and being better than both of them by the time they're eight!

Originally from Japan, Yuki has been living in Whistler for over 15 years, Yuki ( means " snow" in Japanese) is one of the most experienced snowboard instructors and trainers for Whistler Blackcomb Snow School. As a CASI level 4 instructor, (one of only 2 active female level 4 snowboard coaches) and level 4 course evaluator, Yuki plays very important role in training instructors in order to bring them up to the next level.
Yuki represented Canada (CASI) for Interski 2011 in St. Anton, Austria and has travelled all over the world searching for perfect snow and terrain. She spent several seasons working in the Andes ( Chile and Argentina) where she met many instructors from South America, Europe and US and worked together as a team. Her unique experiences working with instructors from various countries helped Yuki to develop multi-angle approaches in snowboard coaching. On her off season, she loves travelling to meet up with her friends who live in different countries and enjoys new cultural encounters.

SPONSORED RIDERS
MOWGLI - Big Mountain Ripper
Mowgli is shocking at replying to emails - so don't even bother trying to contact him.
Mowgli almost didn't make it into the team line up. Despite being a fantastic big mountain rider, he can be pretty lazy around the ALLTRACKS office. He seems to think he can get away with sleeping during the day, sniffing around the garden and riding powder whenever he wants.
