Flights Please note that flights are not included in the cost of the courses in order to allow for greater flexibility and due to the fact that people from so many countries join our courses. However, if you would like ALLTRACKS to book your flights and include it in the package we can do so with pleasure! The cost is generally £500-£600 for flights from the UK to Canada. Flights from the UK to Europe are approximately £100 - £250. Please tick the box if you would like us organise your flights.

Rest assured that at ALLTRACKS, we guarantee our prices. There is nothing tucked away in our terms and conditions about increasing prices due to currency exchange or other factors.

The Booking Process

In order to book on an ALLTRACKS Academy ski or snowboard instructor or improvement course, we require a deposit and completed application form. You can send the form online or by post.

Payment

We take a non refundable deposit of £400 to secure your booking. Please send this with your application form. You can pay for your ski or snowboard course by the following methods:

Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
Cheque
Wire Transfer

To wire the money to us, please just call or email for our bank details.

If you wish to send a cheque, please make it payable to "Alltracks Ltd" and post it to the address below.

To pay by card, please contact us by telephone.

When the application form is received, we will send out a booking confirmation with a payment schedule. If you have any questions at all about the payment details, please just give us a call.

We always look forward to welcoming skiers and snowboarders from all over the world out to Canada or France. Please contact us and we will send you our international payment details. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling.
