Although many ALLTRACKS Academy students will return home to work or continue their studies, a significant number will be using the ALLTRACKS instructor courses as a fast track way into the ski and snowboard industry, and to secure a dream job as an instructor after the completion of the training course.

Finding the right instructor job at a a top resort takes some hard work and ski & snowboard school directors will want to to see the right qualifications, coupled with a really enthusiastic attitude from the individual. You can be confident that we are here to offer our full support to all our past students, and will use our worldwide contacts and knowledge of the system in order to help secure your instructor job at your favourite resort. Working closely with the Whistler Blackcomb ski & board school, qualified students will have the opportunity to return to Whistler to work. If you want to instruct somewhere other than Whistler, our worldwide reach and our comprehensive recruitment service will help you find the job you want.
