3 Week Ski Improvement Course

Overview

The ALLTRACKS 3 week ski improvement course is a ski holiday with a difference, for skiers who really do want to step up to the next level. Instead of spending days trying to figure out the best places to ski and searching in vain for powder, you will be led by expert pros and guides to the best that Whistler has to offer and be taught how to ride with confidence on all terrain - from high speed cruising, steeper terrain, moguls and powder runs. Enjoy!

The Training

The highest quality coaching forms the cornerstone of the programme and you will be trained for all conditions. Skiing in small class sizes with others of a similar ability will ensure you improve rapidly.

  • Guaranteed Small Class Sizes (8 Max)
  • Expert & Inspiring Instructors
  • All mountain training

The instruction you receive comes from some of Whistler's very best ski pros and their enthusiasm and knowledge will revolutionise your skiing.
At ALLTRACKS, we refrain from working off an exact schedule in order to make best use of the conditions and client wants/needs. However, most days are split into two distinct sessions. One of them will be a high tempo, high mileage session where you will hit the best conditions available. The other session is more deliberate, where you will work on drills to improve particular aspects of your technique and concentrate on the ways to take your skiing to the next level. The video cameras will come out and you will receive detailed feedback on how you are doing.

Backcountry Training

The ACMG guides will lead the Avalanche Skills Training Course. The AST 1 really does open up a new world to skiers, arming you with the knowledge and skills so that you can begin to fully enjoy the backcounty experience.

Whistler

Our 3 week courses are based in Whistler, consistently voted North America’s number 1 resort. (13 years in a row by Skiing Magazine) There are countless resorts in which you can take a course, but Whistler is an ideal choice for an extended visit. It offers so much more terrain, longer runs, better snow reliability, faster lifts and a more vibrant community. You’ll be discovering new spots no matter how long you stay.

Accommodation

We know just how important comfortable, well located accommodation is.

Alltracks accommodation is well located, close to central Whistler and not in the outlying areas. All our chalets and condos have comfortable sitting rooms to relax with TV, DVD etc, well equipped, modern kitchens, free wireless internet and most have hot tubs too.

Meals

Delicious & nutritious dinner is essential when you’re skiing. Meals on the ALLTRACKS course are sociable occasions where you catch up with others from the course and regale each other with the day’s powder adventures.

Off Slope Activities

We want the time you spend off the slopes to be as much fun as the time when you’re on the snow. Our course manager, available 24/7, is on hand to organise whatever you wish and will put together activities each week. You’re welcome to take part in everything, or if you want to do things independently, that is obviously fine too. Whistler is not just a seasonal resort, but an energetic, welcoming and vibrant year round community and therefore has loads going on. From Canada’s best apres ski, concerts, film festivals and other cultural events.
