11 Week Combined Snowboard Instructor & Off Piste Course

This snowboard course combines the 5 week snowboard instructor course & the 6 week off piste snowboard course in Whistler. The first 5 weeks is a great grounding in all mountain snowboard traing and leads to the CASI Level 1 instrcutor qualification, giving the course a real focus. Following this, the training focus shifts to steeper and deeped terrain, riding as much powder as possible. It includes an introduction to touring, avalanche safety and a hut trip into the Canadian Backcountry.
