4 & 5 Week Ski Instructor Course
Overview
The 4 & 5 Week ski instructor courses are the ideal way to spend a month or more in the mountains. Earn ski instructor qualifications, revolutionise your all mountain technique and learn about avalanche safety and off piste skiing.

The Training
Although these 4 & 5 week ski courses culminate in the CSIA Level 1 exam, attention is paid to improving all mountain technique. By working with some of Canada's top pros, you will develop your skiing in all types of conditions and on all terrain. Skiing in moguls, steep technical terrain and deep powder will all be addressed giving you the confidence to handle the whole mountain.
As with all our courses, training is split into two distinct sessions each day. One focuses on techical improvment, thorough feedback and video analysis. The other is more free flowing when feedback will come a the ends of runs and allows for loads of high mileage, exciting skiing where you will seek out the best snow conditions and terrain available. We firmly believe that this combination leads to the greatest improvement and enjoyment.

Backcountry Training
The thrill of skiing off piste in deep, powder snow is the ultimate sensation for skiers. As well as improving your ski technique to ride well, we are conscious of the need to introduce mountain skills and avalanche safety awareness too. Therefore, we include the official AST 1 avalanche course too.

Snow profile

Whistler Blackcomb
Whistler
Our 4 & 5 week ski instructor courses are based in Whistler, consistently voted North America’s number 1 resort. There are countless resorts in which you can take a ski instructor course, but Whistler is clearly the best option, especially when you are skiing for a month or longer. It offers so much more terrain, longer runs, better snow reliability, faster lifts and a more vibrant community.
Accommodation
We know just how important comfortable, well located accommodation is. On an extended course, we feel that living in a chalet or condo (as opposed to a hostel or hotel) is the best option as it means you really have a place to call home for the duration.

Meals
Delicious & nutritious dinner is essential when you're skiing hard. Meals on the ALLTRACKS courses are sociable occassions where you catch up with everyone on the courses and regale each other with the day's adventures.
Off Slope Activities
We want the time you spend off the slopes to be as much fun as the time when you’re skiing. Our course manager, available 24/7, is on hand to organise whatever you wish and will put together activities each week. You’re welcome to take part in everything, or if you want to do things independently, that is obviously fine too. Whistler is not just a seasonal resort, but an energetic, welcoming and vibrant year round community and therefore has loads going on. From Canada’s best apres ski, concerts, film festival and other cultural events.

Included on this Course
We want you to feel that the ALLTRACKS course offers the very best value for money and most complete experience in the mountains. Check out everything that is included and please call us on +44 (0)1794 388 034 if you have any questions at all. We’d love to discuss the course with you
