Otto Kamstra - Technical Director of Whistler Blackcomb Ski & Snowboard School

"I have had the pleasure to work with Paul Beard and Alltracks Academy for the last three years. Since Paul came to me with the idea of launching a "Gap Year" program his vision was to create the largest and the best program in Whistler. Paul ensures that at every step of the way customer expectations are exceeded. Graduates from Alltracks Academy leave with a well round mountain experience. The graduates are sought after employees in major Ski and Snowboard Schools around the world, especially in North America and are prized here at Whistler Blackcomb because of the training and experience they gain on course. We look forward to the coming year working with another group of trainees in this the special "Olympic year" here in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada."

Dan Sculnick - Director of Revelstoke Mountain Resort Ski & Snowboard School

"Last season we had the amazing privilege to have Jonathan Drew join our team.  Jonathan passed his level 2 CSIA with Alltracks.  This was Jonathan’s first experience as a pro and he stepped into the role as though he had been doing it for years.  The Alltracks program provided Jonathan with the ability to teach great lessons, show a continued dedication to self improvement and training as well as be professional in front of guests and with colleagues.  Because of Jonathan’s Alltracks experience and his personality he bonded well with the team and brought a fun and positive attitude to the team.  In a work environment where it is team above all Jonathan was a great addition.

The Alltracks program at Revelstoke Mountain Resort offers a thrilling location to challenge yourself with becoming a ski or board pro.  Because of the smaller nature of the Snow School here at RMR you will have an amazing opportunity to get to know the team and become a part of it.  Our pros are completely dedicated to the success of each and every participant.  This was evident last season when it came to the certification courses and we saw an almost perfect pass rate on the level 2 skiing and boarding courses.  Our pros will challenge you to go out and ride more, improve your skills and try new things while remaining aware of your needs.  When you are ready to rip then the pros will show off some new terrain and provide new challenges.  When you get tired (and this mountain will tire you out) the pros will adapt the program by adding in some dry land training, bring the group to the aquatic centre, and provide some classroom time.    Our pros are able to help provide the complete experience by being professional mentors and trainers.  We know how to bring out the best in people and how to provide a fun environment for people to excel in.  In a nut shell, big mountain, incredible scenery, amazing snow, quaint town and real professionals dedicated to your success is what you get here at with Alltracks and the Snow School at RMR.

Revelstoke Mountain Resort is truly a big mountain with huge snow and excitement all rolled into one.  It is the only place in the world where your Helicopter, Cat, Lifts and Backcountry are all literally steps away from one another.  By the way Revelstoke Mountain Resort also has the longest runs in North America, 1713 meters or 5620 feet of wide open bowls, amazing glades, steep chutes and incredible grooming.  The average snowfall ranges from 12 to 18 meters (40 to 60 feet).  And that is just what there is to do on the mountain.  In town you will find great food, pubs, night clubs, shopping, bowling, ice skating, a movie theater, an aquatic centre with hot tubs, climbing wall, water slide and lazy river.  Needless to say the level of adventure that you will experience is up to you."
