Ski & Snowboard instructor Courses in Banff

LAKE LOUISE

Lake Louise boasts some of the most impressive high alpine scenery anywhere in North America, making it a beautiful place to ski and snowboard. Although there are some great tree runs, much of the skiing and riding takes place in wide open bowls allowing you to appreciate the scale and beauty of the mountains around you. As the Canadian Rockies biggest resort there is terrain to suit all skiers and snowboarders. The front side of the resort is home to some long cruising slopes and excellent tree runs, whilst the backside has countless chutes and the world famous bowls that hold the snow well and offer some fantastic challenging runs. For those wanting to enhance their freestyle skills, there is an excellent snow park at Louise as well as fun hits all over the mountain.

SUNSHINE VILLAGE

Sunshine Village is is situated right on the continental divide and is the highest ski resort in Canada, which helps bring some of the most reliable snow around. Each season, Sunshine gets an average of over 30 feet of dry powder snow for you to enjoy. The terrain of over 3000 acres is hugely varied with some great cruisers, fun tree runs, the famous Dilerium Dive and other noteable double black diamonds.

MOUNT NORQUAY

Mt Norquay is the closest resort to the town of Banff and Rockies best kept secret. Norquay is home to some steep, challenging pistes where local racers hone their skills as well as useful terrain to train for the CSIA & CASI instructor courses. The freestyle park is also impressive and stays open with flood lights on Friday nights for those who still have the energy!
