10 Week Combined Ski Instructor & Off Piste Course

Push your boundaries by joining the ALLTRACKS combined ski instructor & off piste course.

This is the ultimate course if you want to improve your technical skiing, learn about avalanche safety and enjoy the best off piste skiing in Canada. Join a friendly group of other passionate skiers with supportive coaches and guides.

The first 4 weeks provide a solid grounding in all mountain technique as well as preparing you for, and sitting, the CSIA/PSIC Level 1 instructor exam. After this, the focus is all off piste. You’ll receive training from some of the most experienced big mountain coaches in Whistler, who will also guide you to the best conditions each day. In addition, you’ll do the Canadian Avalanche Association AST Levels 1 & 2. Led by IFMGA/ ACMG/ CAA guides you’ll go ski touring through the awe inspiring Garibaldi Park.  This really is the ultimate course for keen powder skiers.

ALLTRACKS training formula devised by Guy Hetherington, Alltracks Head Coach & Level 4 Examiner.


Expert Pros & Guides
Professional & personable Coaches typically Examiners. The overwhelming majority are Level 4 supported by a few excellent L3s. Guides are ACMG or IFMGA qualified and the avalanche skills are taught by Canadian Avalanche Association Qualified teachers.


Coaching Groups 6 MAX
Maximum of 6 guests per ski coach for personal attention and more fluid training sessions.


Specific Modules

CSIA/PSIC Level 1 Exam Fee

We offer various accommodation options in Whistler at different price points, The chalets and condos are well located close to central Whistler Village and all include welcoming loving rooms to relax and full kitchens, Some for a hot tub and swimming pool.

We also have a budget friendly, modern youth hostel option which despite being further out from the resort centre, is a great base at a lower price.

Choose between group dinners four nights per week or self cater and save.
